Specialist - F&A - R2R 4A

Overview

Specialist in Finance and Accounting (F&A) Record-to-Report (R2R), responsible for month-end closing, reporting and consolidation activities.

What you'll do

• Ensure adherence to and meeting of KPIs / SLAs, and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review and post month-end journal entries
• Review and perform month-end close activities
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations
• Handle the quarterly intercompany process
• Resolve balancing items
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence and improve customer happiness, and lead process update calls with customers whenever required
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance
• Experienced accounting knowledge, with closing and reporting experience
• Required skills: banking capital markets, client relations, collaboration tools, Oracle ERP systems, reconciliations, Record to Report (R2R), regulatory compliance management, risk management, SAP ERP
• English language proficiency, upper intermediate (B2)

Nice to have

• Certifications: Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
