Specialist - F&A - R2R 4A

Overview

Specialist role in Finance & Accounting (R2R) responsible for month-end close activities, reporting and consolidations.

What you'll do

• Ensure adherence to and meet KPIs / SLAs, and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
• Review and post month-end journal entries
• Review and perform month-end close activities
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations
• Handle the quarterly intercompany process
• Resolve balancing items
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence and improve customer happiness, and lead process update calls with customers when required
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Experienced accounting knowledge, with closing and reporting experience
• Required skills: banking capital markets, client relations, collaboration tools, Oracle ERP systems, reconciliations, record to report (R2R), regulatory compliance management, risk management, SAP ERP
• English language proficiency, C2 level (required)

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA or CRCM
