Specialist - F&A - R2R 4A

Overview

Specialist role in Finance and Accounting (F&A), Record to Report (R2R), responsible for month end closing, reporting and consolidations.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.
• Reporting and consolidations.
• Ensure adherence to and meet the KPIs / SLA, and review the timely execution of controls.
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements.
• Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements.
• Review and post month end journal entries.
• Review and perform month end close activities.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Handle the quarterly intercompany process.
• Resolve balancing items.
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness; lead process update calls with customers whenever required.
• Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements.

What you'll need

• Experienced accounting knowledge, with closing and reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Banking Capital Markets, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Reconciliations, Record To Report (R2R), Regulatory Compliance Management, Risk Management, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• English language proficiency at Advanced (C1) level.
