Specialist - F&A - R2R 4A

Overview

Specialist role in Finance and Accounting (F&A) focused on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support.

What you'll do

• Apply strong Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting knowledge, with expertise in closing and reporting processes.
• Review and post month-end journal entries, ensuring accuracy and accounting compliance.
• Manage and oversee all Month-End Close (MEC) activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls, while reviewing timely execution of key control activities.
• Drive internal and external audit deliverables, ensuring timely submission of required documentation and evidence.
• Perform and oversee month-end closing activities, including variance analysis and financial reviews.
• Manage the quarterly intercompany accounting process, including reconciliation and settlement of balances.
• Build and maintain strong customer/stakeholder relationships, driving confidence and improving customer satisfaction.
• Lead process review and update meetings with customers and stakeholders as required.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and successful delivery of finance objectives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Required skills: Banking Capital Markets, Client Relations, Reconciliations, Record To Report (R2R).
• English language proficiency at Advanced level (C1), required.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, or CRCM.
