Overview
Process and adjudicate Property & Casualty insurance claims while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and alignment with policy terms and company guidelines.
What you'll do
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of claim information in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
- Process and adjudicate claims with timeliness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Communicate with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and gather additional information.
- Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies, errors, and exceptions in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of all claims processed to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless end-to-end claim processing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and sharing best practices for efficiency gains.
What you'll need
- Bachelors in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance.
- Masters in Statistics.
- Operational Risk Assessment.
- Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Underwriting.
- English language proficiency at Advanced - C1 level.
