Overview

Specialist, Product Management & Development in the Cappitech Product Regulation Team, owning the product life cycle from market analysis and requirements through launch.

What you'll do

• Translate regulatory requirements into product and system features.
• Gather and analyze market requirements to define product requirements.
• Work with development and QA teams to design and develop solutions.
• Provide internal and external training, documentation, and product knowledge.
• Support pre-sales activities with business, technical, and product expertise.
• Define requirements from high-level concept to detailed source mapping and functionality.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of experience in financial markets business or fintech.
• Ability to read and understand regulatory documentation.
• Requirement attention to detail.
• Proactiveness in identifying, mitigating risks, and managing project timelines.
• Hands-on experience in derivatives regulatory reporting (e.g., JFSA, HKMA, EMIR Refit, ASIC Rewrite, MAS Rewrite).
• Strong understanding of derivatives products (Swaps, Options & Forwards).
• Experience building requirement specifications and creating user stories in JIRA.
• SQL skills.
• Ability to reverse engineer and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts simply.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• 1+ years in Product management.
