Specialist Professional Services Engineer(PL/SQL Developer, BFSI)

Overview

Specialist Professional Services Software Engineer focused on PL/SQL and enterprise implementations for BFSI clients.

What you'll do

• Implement, configure, and integrate NiCE Surveillance products remotely.
• Design, develop, configure, and enhance enterprise-scale Actimize implementations for banks and financial institutions.
• Install, integrate, and configure Actimize products and recording solutions.
• Plan and perform unit, functionality, and systems testing for performance and reliability.
• Support client UAT and data validation activities to meet design requirements.
• Provide technical expertise across the project lifecycle from sales-to-services transition through project closure.
• Document resolutions in the NiCE Knowledge Base, mentor junior members, and conduct code reviews.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience in enterprise software development and/or product implementation and integration.
• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical degree with hands-on experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for global/matrix and multi-cultural teams.
• Proven expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and relational databases (e.g., MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Basic to advanced query and update scripting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) development experience.

Details

• Work model follows NiCE-FLEX: 2 days working from the office and 3 days remote each week.
• Shift timings: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Role type: Individual Contributor.
• Reporting into: Tech Manager.
