Specialist - S&P - Contract Management 4B

Overview

Specialist role in Genpact's S&P Contract Management team, responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing contracts across their lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and finalize contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and risk mitigation.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related queries and best practices.
• Monitor contract performance, track deadlines, and ensure timely fulfillment of obligations.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve contract disputes or compliance issues efficiently to protect organizational interests.

What you'll need

• Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Industrial Engineering, Bachelors - Logistics, Bachelors - Supply Chain Management, or Masters - Operations Management.
• Certifications: Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) - Vskills; Certified Risk Professional (CRP) - Udemy.
