Overview

Specialist role in Supply Chain Management (Source, Manufacturing & Relationship Management) focused on inventory accuracy, stock optimization and replenishment.

What you'll do

• Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records to ensure accuracy across all stock locations.
• Monitor inventory levels continuously and analyze trends to maintain optimal stock and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to plan and execute timely replenishment of inventory.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to reduce discrepancies and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify variances and initiate corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory performance, trends, and key metrics to support management decisions.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize inventory management, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or Masters degree in Operations Management.
• Required skills: Blue Yonder Space Planning, Business Consulting, Collaboration Tools, Contract Management, Data Literacy, Demand Planning, Kinaxis, O9 Demand Planning, Sourcing Strategies, Supplier Management, Warehouse Management.
• Language: English, Proficient (C2) (required).

Nice to have

• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from Indian Institute of Management, Trichy.
