Overview

Specialist role in Supply Chain Management (Source, Manufacturing & Relationship Management) focused on inventory control, replenishment and inventory reporting.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update accurate inventory records to ensure data integrity across all stock-keeping units.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, avoiding shortages or excesses.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to plan and execute timely inventory replenishments.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and operational risks.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify variances and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Generate and present reports on inventory status, trends, and key metrics for management review.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Industrial Engineering, Bachelors - Logistics, Bachelors - Supply Chain Management, or Masters - Operations Management.
• Language: English (Required), Language Proficiency - Proficient - C2.
