Specialist, ServiceNow Support Engineering/Operations Support - Technology Workflows

Overview

ServiceNow Admin for Corporate Systems, providing operational support and collaborating with engineering for ServiceNow production and non-production applications.

What you'll do

• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 operational support for ServiceNow production issues for Merck.
• Coordinate and document problem investigations.
• Coordinate engineering and vendor support for operational production updates.
• Support creation and updates of Service Catalog Items.
• Support release activities including migration of update sets and configurations in prod and non-prod.
• Manage environment operations such as cloning, data migration, and configuration.
• Support testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments and maintain SDLC and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years working experience as a ServiceNow support resource.
• Prefer experience with CMDB, ITSM, Portal, Virtual Agent and/or custom scoped applications.
• ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable.
• ITIL processes and best practices for IT Service Management knowledge.
