Specialist (Shared Services) - Fixed Assets

Overview

Specialist in Fixed Assets within Finance/Reporting, supporting fixed asset management, reporting, and compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Handle project creation and asset capitalization.
• Manage fixed asset register activities in SAP, including asset creation, retirements, sales, and transfers.
• Run depreciation cycles and perform project settlements and data transmission into reporting ledgers.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports, dashboards, and forecasts for asset-related metrics.
• Support financial disclosures including 10-K and 10-Q requirements and forecast intangibles amortization.
• Ensure compliance across accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), SOX controls, internal control activities, and audit queries.

What you'll need

• 3 years of full-time experience in fixed asset accounting (per qualification route stated).
• Experience with SAP (FI) asset accounting and end-user accounting knowledge.
• Working experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Accounting flow troubleshooting experience in asset accounting/R2R domain.
• Ability to manage conference calls and timely email actions.
