Specialist Software Engineer, CX

Overview

Specialist Software Engineer (CX) responsible for end-to-end low-level design for Line of Business products.

What you'll do

• Develop low-level designs for line-of-business products end to end.
• Work with multiple scrum teams in parallel on feature designs.
• Prepare high-level and low-level technical designs and architecture for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in next-gen planning for strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with line-of-business teams to define product roadmap and strategy.
• Foster innovation and support adoption of new technologies as needed.

What you'll need

• 8-11 years of software development experience in backend and frontend technologies.
• Strong Java full-stack expertise.
• Experience in cloud-native development and enterprise architecture.
• Strong enterprise software architecture knowledge and familiarity with industry technology standards.
• Experience with enterprise-grade software products for performance, scale, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD (advantage) and familiarity with TDD and test automation.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and JSON.

Details

• Works with teams in multiple geo locations.
• Reporting to the Tech Manager/Manager.
• Hybrid work model: 2 days office and 3 days remote each week.
