Specialist - Training

Overview

Develop computer-based and online learning content, courses and assessments for R1 RCM India, working with subject matter experts to deliver effective eLearning.

What you'll do

• Develop new computer-based activities, custom online learning interactions, online courses and interactive assessments with minimal technical supervision, using writing, graphic design, branding, image editing, document formatting, animation, video, audio, eLearning authoring, web, portal and assessment development skills and tools.
• Utilize communication skills to accurately understand the education needs and goals of others.
• Partner with content experts to select learning strategies, media, implementation methods and evaluation methods that engage employees and promote meaningful learning.
• Act as a project lead and mentor to encourage the development of eLearning skills in other associates.
• Manage time, resources and priorities to meet quality standards, project timelines and learning outcomes.
• Utilize communication, technical and reporting skills to implement and track online materials using a learning management system and related website technologies.
• Provide support for existing educational materials, courses, websites and systems as directed.
• Perform physical preparation of eLearning training, including production and maintenance of course materials and evaluations inside the R1 digital platform, the learning management system and other platforms.
• Understand workflow, policies and procedures related to end user roles and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the most current information is conveyed.

What you'll need

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute (except B.Pharma, M.Pharma, regular MBA, MCA, B.Tech freshers).
