Spice Modeling Engineer

Overview

Senior Spice Modeling Engineer responsible for SPICE model development, validation, and strategic direction for Intel’s advanced process technologies.

What you'll do

• Own development of SPICE model files for advanced process nodes.
• Define automation strategy for QA flows to improve validation coverage and scalability.
• Architect and optimize test structures for model-to-hardware correlation and parasitic extraction.
• Author and own documentation, guidelines, and training materials for best practices.
• Define methodologies to extract SPICE model parameters from IV and CV data.
• Partner with technology and design engineering leadership on circuit tools and model strategy direction.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Focus in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field with semiconductor device physics.
• Hands-on experience developing, validating, and driving sign-off of compact/SPICE models in a foundry PDK environment.

• Work model: hybrid (split time between on-site at the assigned Intel site and off-site).
• Location: India, Bangalore.
