Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead

Overview

Support the SVP, Global Controller in advancing the maturity, scalability and effectiveness of the company's accounting operating model through accounting transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Partner with the global leadership team to identify, prioritize, plan and execute accounting transformational initiatives that support growth and long-term strategic objectives.
• Co-develop and drive accounting transformation spanning organizational design, process standardization, technology enablement and public-company readiness.
