Sr. AI Engineer 4B

Overview

Design, develop and support AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, translating business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions across the PoC, Pilot and Production lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from PoC to Pilot to Production.
• Provide agent maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Develop and maintain scripts and basic data engineering workflows to support AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution guides, and operational runbooks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in AI, automation, analytics, or application development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio development and deployment (mandatory).
• Experience building and supporting AI, conversational AI, or agent-based solutions.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of data integration, APIs, and basic data engineering concepts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Required skills: Data Engineering, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Apps, Python Automation.
• Language: English (Required), Language Proficiency Intermediate, B1.
