Sr Analyst, HR Operations (EMEA Shift)

Overview

Sr Analyst, HR Operations supporting the EMEA & UK shift, owning end-to-end HR processes and service delivery to employees and stakeholders while driving process improvement and reporting.

What you'll do

• Own and execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and transitions), serving as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex cases.
• Drive HR Operations initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; highlight trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Leverage HR tools and automation platforms (Workday, ticketing systems, etc.) to streamline and automate processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, EMEA & UK regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines; support audits and process documentation.
• Provide timely resolution of employee queries and HR-related requests, maintaining service quality standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives from design through implementation.
• Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates, and support their onboarding and skill development.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, OR an advanced degree (e.g., MBA with specialization in Human Resources) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in HR operations, HR Operations, or shared services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday), ServiceNow and Microsoft tools.
• Ability to work the EMEA & UK Shifts and support employees and stakeholders across the region.

Nice to have

• Experience working in matrix or multinational environments.
• Experience with Workday.
