Sr Analyst, Procurement Indirect Systems

Overview

Support the Asia-Pacific region's purchasing processes and systems as part of Baxter's central Purchasing Process and Systems team, which harmonizes P2P processes and technologies globally.

What you'll do

• Support Asia-Pacific users of purchasing processes and systems.
• Resolve queries and issues from P2P users.
• Administer PSM systems including Coupa, BSM, I-Contract and SharePoint.
• Prepare and compile reports, including PSM metrics monthly and as required.
• Assist with the development, testing and implementation of new P2P technologies and upgrades of existing technologies, including Coupa upgrades and electronic catalogues.
• Deliver training to P2P users from across Europe.
• Drive improvement and ensure compliance to PSM processes.
• Assist in ensuring compliance to all SOPs is measured and met.
• Facilitate training in all existing and new processes.
• Actively participate in or lead projects and initiatives to achieve continuous process improvement.

What you'll need

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or related business operations professional within a global environment.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa, Ariba, or similar Source-to-Pay/Procurement platforms.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.
• Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, purchasing operations, supplier management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proven project coordination and stakeholder engagement experience in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with keen attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and changing business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, JDE, or other ERP systems.
