Sr. Ariba SCC Specialist (SAP Business Network)

Overview

Supports SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration and related procurement and planning processes, with a focus on China supplier collaboration, supplier enablement, integrations, testing, and operational support.

What you'll do

• Support supplier setup, enablement, testing, transaction support, and issue triage.
• Troubleshoot purchase orders, confirmations, ship notices, scheduling agreements, forecasts, and subcontracting transactions.
• Coordinate supplier testing, defect tracking, fix validation, and business readiness activities.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, master data, integration, IT, and supplier teams.
• Support deployments, onboarding waves, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Monitor supplier adoption, transaction readiness, and recurring issue trends.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Five or more years of experience in procurement processes and supporting IT solutions.
• Experience with SAP Business Network SCC, SAP Ariba supplier collaboration, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of direct procurement, planning, scheduling agreements, subcontracting, and supplier transactions.
• Experience with China suppliers, regional teams, or global supplier enablement programs.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP Business Network, SAP ERP, middleware, EDI, or SAP Cloud Integration Gateway issues.
• Strong documentation, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
