Overview
Sr Associate who supports execution of U.S. Medicaid rebate operations in Contracts & Pricing Execution, including invoice processing, validation, CLD support, disputes, payment packages, reporting, and reconciliation.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day execution of Medicaid rebate operations including invoice receipt tracking and claim processing.
- Prepare Model N upload materials and maintain documentation and trackers for invoice/CLD status and validation outcomes.
- Perform invoice and utilization validation (units, NDCs, URAs, reimbursement values, utilization trends) and rebate reasonableness checks.
- Support CLD formatting, control checks, duplicate discount screening support, and preparation of analysis files.
- Research Medicaid rebate disputes and help prepare documentation and supporting evidence for state agencies.
- Prepare payment package documentation, maintain audit trails, dispute logs, and reconciliation documentation.
- Use tools (e.g., Model N/PbN, SAP, Validata, SharePoint) to produce operational reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need
- 4-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, managed markets, Medicaid rebates, finance operations, revenue management, claims operations, analytics, or related controlled business operations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- Strong Excel, documentation, reporting, analytical, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines in a deadline-driven, highly controlled environment.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work effectively with established timelines and quality standards related to Medicaid execution.
- Detail-oriented Medicaid/managed markets operations focus with strong analytical and process execution capabilities.
