Sr. Associate II, ERP Business Analysis (SAP Sales & Distribution)

Overview

Sr. Associate II, SAP SD Consultant delivering SAP SD solutions, engaging with business stakeholders, and translating business requirements into effective technical designs.

What you'll do

• Lead and contribute to SAP SD functional analysis, design, and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP SD solutions aligned with best practices.
• Drive end-to-end delivery while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical and integration teams.
• Provide support for system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and assign Enterprise Structure, Master data, Pre-Sales, Sales Order processing, and ATP.
• Configure Sales Documents: Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Schedule Line, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements.
• Configure Pricing: Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record.
• Create Sales documents: Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order (standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing.
• Handle Credit memo and Debit memo processing.
• Configure and implement SAP LE process, including master data uploads.
• Work hands-on with interfaces between SAP to SAP and SAP to Non-SAP systems.
• Resolve IDOC issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions.
• Apply ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD module functionalities, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management.
• Flexibility in accommodating to work according to project deadlines and client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative interaction with business users and cross-functional/technical team members.
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables according to timelines.
