Sr. Associate - Insurance - P&C Underwriting 5B

Overview

Sr. Associate role in P&C Underwriting within Genpact's Insurance practice, focused on claims review, coverage verification and compliance.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze claim submissions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify policy coverage and eligibility in accordance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide claim updates and resolve routine inquiries.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards during claims adjudication.
• Accurately document claim assessments, decisions, and outcomes in internal systems for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues, escalating cases where required.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all claim processing activities.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance, or Masters in Statistics.
• Required skills: Fraud Prevention, Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance, Risk Management, Underwriting.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level (B1).
