Sr Associate - International Indirect Tax

Overview

Sr Associate - International Indirect Tax supports VAT/GST compliance work and indirect tax activities across UK, EMEA, and APAC entities.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review VAT/GST returns, schedules, and workpapers for timely compliance.
• Review invoices and transactions to determine correct indirect tax treatment.
• Prepare monthly VAT account reconciliations and review related journal entries.
• Coordinate posting of tax accounting and journal entries in Workday.
• Resolve VAT/GST invoice queries from Accounts Payable with technical guidance.
• Conduct indirect tax research and monitor legislative changes across EMEA and APAC.
• Support tax audits and information requests by preparing documentation.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in international VAT/GST compliance across UK, EMEA, and APAC.
• Strong understanding of VAT legislation and end-to-end VAT compliance processes.
• Accounting background with practical knowledge of financial and tax accounting processes.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills.

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Office work: at least three (3) days per week; flexible work from home two (2) days per week.
• Full-time timings: 2:00p–10:30p.
