Overview

Sr. Associate in F&A (I2C) focused on accounts receivable (AR) processes, cash application, and collections.

What you'll do

• Make collection calls to customers.
• Send invoices via email/fax or mail hard copies as requested.
• Allocate payments based on customer remittances and validate cash application.
• Maintain reporting on aged receivables, including current ageing buckets.
• Reconcile cash application functions to invoices and complete DRR in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
• Follow up on disputes and questions to resolve customer/internal issues.
• Act as a subject matter specialist for AR processes and manage end-to-end cash application.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Experience working with Cash Allocation and customer remittances validation.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.
• English language proficiency: Proficient (C2).
• Required communications/actions for billing (billing/invoice handling mentioned).
• Certifications listed: Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), CFE, Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (CFI), and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Required skills include AR and billing/invoicing with English (Required).

• Experience working with a real estate client.
