Account Receivable Specialist

Overview

Account Receivable Specialist for the AR/Billing team, bridging Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and order-to-cash execution.

What you'll do

• Invoice customers daily, ensuring invoices match supporting documentation and applicable indirect taxes.
• Maintain and update customer account information in company financial systems for timely payments.
• Perform billing reconciliations between order processing, billing, and accounting systems.
• Issue credit memos and rebill invoices as needed.
• Partner with the Sales team to collect customer purchase orders.

What you'll need

• Experience with month end close, reconciliations, and audit requests.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• People and interpersonal skills for writing/verbal communication with internal and external customers globally.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Order-to-cash business process experience.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Base salary range: ₹1,110,600–₹1,665,800 INR gross.
