Analyst

Overview

Accounts Payable Analyst responsible for accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices, vendor payments, and related reconciliations while ensuring compliance with internal controls and tax regulations.

What you'll do

• Review, validate, and process supplier invoices within agreed service levels.
• Ensure invoices comply with company policies, PO requirements, and tax regulations.
• Resolve invoice exceptions including price variances, quantity mismatches, and approval issues.
• Coordinate to ensure PO compliance and investigate PO-related discrepancies.
• Prepare and process vendor payments and handle payment failures or rejections.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Support internal/external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of GST/VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT)/TDS, and Sales & Use Tax compliance requirements.
• ERP experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
