Overview

Sr. Specialist in F&A focusing on Disputes Resolution within O2C for Oil and Gas / IATA-related processes.

What you'll do

• Work with sales, billing, and finance to resolve disputes and prevent recurrence.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to billing and AR processes.
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of disputes, resolutions, and escalations for audit and compliance.
• Manage customer disputes for invoices, payments, and account balances with timely resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on dispute trends, resolution timelines, and outstanding issues.
• Investigate discrepancies by reviewing contracts, purchase orders, billing records, and communications.

What you'll need

• Industry preferred for Oil and Gas / International Air Transport Association (IATA).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• ERP preference for Oracle.
• Manage CPI metrics for timeliness and accuracy in invoice processing.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient English written and spoken (C2).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance; or Master’s in Finance.
