Sr Associate Paradox Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Provide technical support for Workday Paradox customers by investigating complex configurations, integrations, databases, and production issues. Deliver timely solutions through a regional 24x7 support model.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot account configurations, APIs, job feeds, and databases.
• Reproduce production issues and communicate workarounds.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data investigations.
• Perform customer mass updates through the Public API.
• Configure client SSO, sFTP, and SSH security protocols.
• Partner with Product and Development teams on feature gaps and code-level fixes.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of technical support or similar experience.
• At least 1 year validating XML, JSON, and CSV syntax and encoding.
• At least 1 year using JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio Code or similar tools.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong SQL, REST API, JPath, and JMESPath skills.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Datadog, Twilio, Sendgrid, GitHub, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI troubleshooting tools and LLM observability platforms.
• Working knowledge of recruiting platforms.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Work from the Pune office at least 50% of the time.
• Shift 2: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM IST, alternating between early and late shifts.
• Regional shift rotation supports 365-day, 24x7 coverage.
