Sr. Associate, Public Records

Overview

Sr. Associate, Public Records is responsible for verifying applicant information and helping deliver complete, compliant public records reports.

What you'll do

• Conduct searches and perform record entry and QC for county and statewide products.
• Organize assigned work in priority order within an assigned time frame.
• Reconcile discrepancies identified during investigations.
• Ensure client guidelines are followed.
• Monitor pending work levels to support timely completion of client background reports.
• Maintain strict quality standards.

What you'll need

• Ability to efficiently and effectively use MS Office programs.
• Experience in processing record entry/QC for county and statewide products is preferred.
• Typing skill of 40–45 WPM and 10-key number pad skills.
• Strict attendance for rotational shifts (day/night and weekdays/weekends) and flexibility for OT.
• Ability to use training documentation and process guides to resolve issues and meet production targets.
• Ability to use multiple internal and external data research and processing applications daily.
• Minimum HSC; graduates preferred.
