Sr. Associate, Quality Assurance

Overview

Established Quality Assurance professional who influences process and planning decisions through knowledge and explanation of Quality Assurance policies, practices and procedures.

What you'll do

• Maintain the highest level of quality through patrol quality and execution of the daily Quality checklist to ensure all processes are in place.
• Conduct process audits to ensure correctness of data capture at each Quality Gate.
• Manage the non-conforming material management process.
• Compile process quality data and MIS, follow QAPs and certify processes.
• Solve problems for defects identified on assembly lines and monitor them, and drive Q circles.
• Lead process improvement projects that result in quality product.
• Issue test certificates to customers as per requirement.
• Execute Quality Assurance project plans and processes to continuously improve overall quality.
• Review and recommend Quality Assurance plans, guidelines, policies and processes to achieve quality targets.
• Provide production process analysis, ensure quality standards are met, and recommend quality improvements.
• Collect and analyze quality information for the development of quality strategy and programs.
• Review and analyze quality improvement processes to ensure ongoing reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.
