Sr. Quality Analyst

Overview

Senior Quality Analyst in IFF's Global Business Services team in Hyderabad, India, focused on audit, compliance and process quality across the company's shared services.

What you'll do

• Perform quality audits and transaction reviews to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and controls.
• Identify process gaps, defects, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Analyze quality trends and prepare reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Conduct RCA and support CAPA implementation to prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, reduce risks, and drive process excellence.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Audit, Compliance, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks, controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in RCA, CAPA management, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, Quality Management, or Process Excellence methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards, data visualization, and trend analysis.
• Exposure to Shared Services, Finance Operations, Procurement, or GBS environments.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, DMAIC, and Kaizen.
• Proven track record of driving automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.

• The position is part of the Food Ingredient business unit, which IFF has announced it intends to sell to CVC Capital Partners; the sale is expected to close in the first half of 2027, and the role will transition with that business unit.
