Sr. Associate (SharePoint) - Supplier Management & Performance Analysis

Overview

Sr. Associate in R&D Operations focused on Supplier Management & Performance Analytics (SMPA) supporting external suppliers across Amgen Research and Development.

What you'll do

• Own the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint sites (structure, libraries, permissions, content, user guidance).
• Lead supplier-site refreshes and SharePoint migrations, including information architecture standardization and content cleanup.
• Provide operational support for supplier interactions, including automated email triage and related communications.
• Own development, enhancement, maintenance, and reliability of business applications, databases, and embedded GitLab tools.
• Modernize digital workflows, including transitioning from Smartsheet to Microsoft-based applications and survey tools.
• Manage data collection, validation, cleanup, and reporting for planning, supplier metrics, PO/invoice data, and MSL reporting.
• Provide stakeholder support to streamline workflows, resolve technical issues, and deliver scalable digital solutions.

What you'll need

• Master's degree; or Bachelor's degree plus 5 to 8 years of relevant R&D experience.
• Demonstrated project or process management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge of supplier management, procurement, contracting, or R&D operations.
• Experience monitoring key performance indicators, service-level measures, and supplier deliverables.
