Sr. Cloud Architect

Overview

Provide technical leadership for cloud architecture, engineering, operations, and modernization across multi-cloud environments. Define cloud strategy and deliver secure, scalable, high-performing solutions for clinical trial technology platforms.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction, governance, and technical leadership across cloud platforms.
• Design, deploy, and operate cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and other environments.
• Manage cloud initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Define cloud architecture standards, design patterns, procedures, and roadmaps.
• Guide cloud migration, application modernization, and infrastructure transition initiatives.
• Champion infrastructure as code, automation, DevOps, and cloud governance.
• Drive improvements in performance, reliability, security, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.

What you'll need

• 10+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise cloud solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Professional-level certification in AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud technologies.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation and migration programs.
• Hands-on enterprise experience with AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, operations, networking, security, governance, and containers.
• Experience with Kubernetes, VMware, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
