Overview

Sr. Consultant role on Genpact's Enterprise Application ServiceNow team, focused on ServiceNow functional, integration and testing work in a manufacturing domain.

What you'll do

• Perform ServiceNow functional, integration, SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Work with ServiceNow workflows, integrations, business rules and configurations.
• Test using ATF, API testing/Postman and manage defects.
• Integrate ServiceNow with MES, PLM or other manufacturing systems.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in ServiceNow functional, integration, SIT, UAT and regression testing.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, integrations, business rules and configurations.
• Experience with ATF, API testing/Postman and defect management.
• Strong manufacturing domain knowledge, including plant operations, assets, maintenance, work orders and production support.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with MES, PLM or other manufacturing systems.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering (Masters).
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• English, proficient (C2).

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certification.
