Overview

Build and maintain scalable data processing systems and pipelines as a Senior Data Engineer. The role involves optimizing data infrastructure, collaborating with data teams, and resolving data issues.

What you'll do

• Design scalable data processing systems.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for large data volumes.
• Optimize data infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on data requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Stay current with big data engineering technologies and trends.
• Mentor junior data engineers on technical skills and best practices.

What you'll need

• Advanced English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a Master's degree in Data Science.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Experience with the Databricks Platform.
• Data engineering and data literacy skills.
• Collaboration and client relations skills.

Nice to have

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional certification from Databricks Academy.
