Sr. Data Scientist – Agentic AI

Overview

Lead the design-to-execution delivery of enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic decisioning products. Translate approved architectures and workflows into scalable, governed, production-ready AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead multi-agent GenAI workflow implementation across planning, reasoning, tool use, and orchestration.
• Translate business questions and workflows into agent-driven analytical solutions.
• Build LLM-powered pipelines using RAG, prompt orchestration, and tool integration.
• Define evaluation frameworks for accuracy, consistency, and hallucination control.
• Establish observability through traceability, logs, and reproducibility.
• Partner with architects, data engineers, and clients on solution design and adoption.
• Lead and mentor Data Scientists across GenAI and agentic implementations.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with GenAI, LLMs, and multi-agent architectures.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building enterprise-scale chatbots, copilots, or automation agents.
• Solid grounding in data modelling, SQL, and analytical workflows.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to work in a client-facing role.
