Sr Developer, C# .NET & APIs

Overview

Sr Developer for C#/.NET and REST APIs, responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable backend applications and services in an Agile Scrum team.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using C# and .NET.
• Lead implementation of scalable, secure, high-performing solutions for large-scale data processing.
• Build and maintain REST-based APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Improve software quality via automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize business impact.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support engineering best practices.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional software development experience focused on backend development.
• Strong OOP skills for scalable, maintainable backend solutions.
• Experience with software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum (sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation).
• Experience implementing automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core for enterprise backend development.
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative code reviews.

Details

• Hybrid role with regular work virtually and in-person at an assigned office location for at least two days per week.
• Location: Pune.
