Overview

Lead Consultant-style Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer role focused on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining FSL solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce Field Service solutions, including LWC, Apex, triggers, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.
• Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems using APIs and middleware.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech/MCA degree.
• Relevant experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Field Service.
• Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
• Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.
