Sr. Developer - Enterprise Application ServiceNow N 4B

Overview

Manage, support, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform as a ServiceNow Administrator. The role covers platform administration, production support, access management, Service Catalog configuration, workflow support, reporting, and configuration management.

What you'll do

• Administer and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform and production environment.
• Resolve incidents, requests, and user issues within SLA timelines.
• Manage users, roles, groups, ACLs, and security configurations.
• Configure Service Catalog items, workflows, approvals, notifications, and Flow Designer automations.
• Develop and support Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Email Scripts.
• Create reports and dashboards and monitor SLA and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with technical teams on issue resolution, releases, enhancements, and solution design.

What you'll need

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow administration and production support experience.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, workflows, user administration, ACLs, and security.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience managing SLA-driven incidents, requests, and support activities.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience in BFSI, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with ITSM modules, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Agile environments, platform upgrades, and ITIL practices.
