Sr. Developer, SAP ABAP

Overview

Sr. Developer, SAP ABAP to assist SAP ABAP teams across regions with solving issues and completing development work for global clients.

What you'll do

• Design medium to high complexity solutions for SAP R/3 4.6 – ECC 6.0 updates across multiple functional modules.
• Perform unit testing for assigned updates and produce appropriate documentation.
• Support SAP Development activities for global clients, including understanding data/information flow and integrations.
• Resolve day to day system issues and recommend system design changes.
• Coordinate handovers and knowledge transfers to complete scheduled work.
• Guide/mentor developers and provide guidance to support engineers on escalated issues.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of advanced experience in SAP ABAP HR programming.
• Good knowledge in APAC country payrolls.
• Experience with object oriented programming using Classes and Methods.
• Expertise in SAP Script / Smartforms / Adobe Forms.
• Knowledge of interface programming involving XML and JSON file types.
• Knowledge of BADIs and implicit & explicit enhancements.
• Good knowledge of Agile process like SCRUM or KANBAN.
