Overview

Senior Engineer role in Application Support, providing advanced technical support for application incidents, maintenance, and new application implementations.

What you'll do

• Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular application maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance, applying patches, and upgrading software versions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and support future troubleshooting efforts.
• Participate in the implementation of new applications, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Masters in Software Engineering.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, IT Process Automation (Ayehu), Personal Effectiveness, Python (Programming Language), Ruby on Rails, Splunk, Storytelling, UKG Pro Workforce Management, VERITAS NetBackup.
• Language: English (Required), Proficient - C2.
