Sr. Engineer, Design

Overview

Design and validate on-chip controllers and mixed-signal circuitry for NAND Flash chips as a core technical individual contributor.

What you'll do

• Develop architectures and define products.
• Design circuits at the transistor level.
• Create test plans.
• Integrate and verify systems.
• Design and implement some controller hardware RTL.
• Develop firmware for NAND internal operations.
• Perform full-chip Verilog validation.

What you'll need

• Solid knowledge of Verilog.
• Solid digital logic fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of analog circuits.
• Understanding of mixed-mode design and validation.
• Experience with design and verification CAD tools including ncsim, Design Compiler, Formality, and PrimeTime.
• Knowledge of TCL or PERL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of non-volatile memory design, particularly NAND.
• AI proficiency.
