Sr. Engineer - EDR | Onsite, Bangalore.

Overview

Senior Engineer for Endpoint (EDR) focused on post-sales product & service implementation and delivery of assigned projects while meeting consulting billing objectives.

What you'll do

• Work on M365 security and management components including Intune, MFA, Conditional Access Policy, and Entra ID.
• Perform regular synchronization, monitoring, and health checks.
• Provide recommendations to customer security teams on changes to global policies.
• Analyze application/configuration settings, policies, custom rule sets, and historical performance data to recommend changes.
• Implement and maintain security, compliance, and governance controls including Conditional Access and privileged access strategies.
• Lead development and governance of Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions to drive low-code automation.
• Support a 24/5 on-call operation with shift hand-over, operational advice, guidance, support, and escalation.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, primarily with CrowdStrike and M365 Defender (Intune, MFA, Conditional Access Policy, Entra ID).
• Experience/understanding of EDR/XDR and DLP tools such as CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, Cortex, Netskope, MCAS, and DLP.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Thorough understanding of large-scale environments.
• Good knowledge of ITIL, incident management, change management, and problem management including analysis and response.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.

• On-call requirement: 24/5 shifts and on-call support.
