Overview

Sr. Engineer for Service Desk focused on advanced application support and service desk operations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents using advanced technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
• Perform application maintenance including monitoring performance, applying patches, and upgrading software versions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
• Support new application implementation including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in one of: Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• Hold a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer - ServiceNow certification.
• Use Agile methodology.
• Demonstrate collaboration using collaboration tools.
• Have proficiency in ServiceNow-related IT Service Management (ITSM) / SIAM skills as listed.
• Communicate in English (required) with language proficiency - Proficient (C2).
