Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (ITSM & Scripting)

Overview

Senior Staff Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions, integrations, and platform components. The role includes configuration, automation, troubleshooting, upgrades support, and mentoring in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to business and customer requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and platform capabilities.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Implement and maintain ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, scheduled jobs, and notifications.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support ServiceNow upgrades.

What you'll need

• 7.5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM implementation, customization, and development experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience developing custom scoped applications using App Engine.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
• Experience integrating using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• CSA certification plus any two ServiceNow Mainline Certifications is mandatory.
