Overview
Senior Staff Engineer (ServiceNow GRC) responsible for designing and delivering high-quality ServiceNow configuration and architecture aligned to client business use cases.
What you'll do
- Write and review high-quality ServiceNow configuration.
- Convert client business use cases and technical requirements into technical design.
- Map decisions to requirements and translate them for developers.
- Define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during implementation.
- Write and review design documents covering architecture, framework, and high-level application design.
- Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, patterns, UX, and NFRs.
- Develop and design solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies and frameworks.
What you'll need
- 8+ years total experience.
- Strong ServiceNow architecture, application development, and implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow module GRC and Legal.
- Command of ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations.
- Experience with JavaScript and Glide scripting, and web services (REST, SOAP) including SRAPI and import set APIs.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
