Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow(HAM)

Overview

Senior Staff Engineer (ServiceNow HAM) to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including ITAM modules and integrations across global locations.

What you’ll do

• Implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations with the ServiceNow team.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations.
• Translate business needs into standardized processes and solution design.
• Develop and implement technical solutions and perform component integration testing.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and implement changes using UI policies, actions, and scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.

What you’ll need

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices.
• Experience with other modules such as ITOM or CSM, along with ITIL knowledge.
• ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, AngularJS).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
