Sr. Manager, Data Engineering

Overview

Lead data engineering for Madison Logic by owning the data products and analytics roadmap and driving the company’s data strategy.

What you'll do

• Own and drive the data products and analytics roadmap.
• Develop and implement the data strategy and deliver analytics via cross-functional work.
• Promote treating data as a product and build foundational business dashboards.
• Lead, grow, and retain data engineers and analysts on the broader technology team.
• Advocate new data sources, tools, and design approaches.
• Enforce data governance, security, lineage, and engineering practices.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of data engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills translating complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Details

• On-site working is required 5 days per week at the physical office.
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
