Sr Manager - Financial Analysis

Overview

Senior Manager, Financial Analysis role based in Bangalore, India, acting as controller and financial advisor for the Asia region's investment portfolio and financial strategy.

What you'll do

• Work closely with BU leaders to develop the Asia region's financial strategy and investment goals.
• Act as controller and financial advisor, overseeing the investment portfolio to ensure optimal resource allocation and controls.
• Manage FP&A cycles and refine Capex and Opex budgeting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with business unit finance and operations to support investment decisions on corporate programs aimed at enhancing P&L and competitively positioning the company.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop frameworks to analyze and make recommendations on key programs.
• Track program milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against budget and schedule.
• Partner with operations to monitor ecosystem and competitive trends in the Asia region.
• Determine and execute internal commerce allocations for shared services groups.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage multiple stakeholders to drive global-scale programs.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A and strategic finance roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting guidelines and tax codes.

Nice to have

• B.E/B.Tech + MBA is preferable.
• Experience with SAP ERP system.
• Tableau or other data visualization proficiency.
